LLARSEN is a leading Danish watch brand with a 100-year history of crafting stylish and expertly-crafted watches. The company has played a pivotal role in bringing Danish aesthetics and design onto the global stage.
LLARSEN partnered with SOFTLOFT to accomplish the ambitious goal of completely rebuilding the company website, with a full redesign aimed at providing the finest customer experience and boosting sales.
The SOFTLOFT company and its talented team of designer partners faced the daunting task of building an absolutely new, convenient, and highly-functional website, which would utilize the great potential of one of the most eminent Danish watch brands. One of the key objectives was migrating from Magento 1 to Magento 2 and all related data – Customer/Order/Product information. At the same time, it was required that the website continue working with no interruption.
Our team for the project included one manager, a business analyst, as well as 2 developers and one tester. Working in unison, the team succeeded in their objectives within 3 months of receiving them. This required colossal work in optimizing the site design and usability elements. Our work also involved customizing the store catalog and checkout system according to the customer’s requirements, as well as finding dealers and brand representatives around the globe. On a separate note, one of our top priorities was integrating the project with our ERP system for data sharing in real-time.
We are proud to say that all the objectives laid before us were completed successfully. To this day, the project continues growing and developing successfully, while sales continuously go up.
