We are looking for a passionate and professional Akeneo PIM support manager to join our team.

Act as a super user and the main point of contact for all internal PIM users.
Onboard, train, and support PIM users as needed.
Review, analyze and clarify project requirements with project stakeholders.
Work together with developers on issues and problems.
Review the data in the PIM to verify that it is complete and correct, so that it aligns with the customer’s requirements.
Ensure that all digital assets are updated in the PIM in a timely manner to align with product updates.
Work with the development team to ensure data is consistent across channels and aligns with data requirements set by channels.
Provide support for the development of eCommerce Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
Collaborate with eCommerce sales and channel teams to develop rich content.

+2 years of experience in product information management (PIM) systems as administrator or super user, content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) tools, and/or similar SaaS environments (PIM preferred) .
Fluent english spoken/written
Ability to communicate and work with various teams, technologies and people to guide them through digital transformation.
Experience in product categorization, taxonomy, data quality and/or metadata management.
Extensive experience in handling large volumes of data with tools such as Google Sheets, csv, etc.
Familiarity with how project management software such as Jira works.

Experience in the implementation of Akeneo PIM.
Project and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
Understanding or experience with eCommerce best practices in relation to product display pages and content.
Having Akeneo Business Implementation Specialist Certification will be a plus.
